People argue often and it may be even more often in the internet. So while people argue they may use arguments and some of those arguments may be fallacious.

Now who uses fallacious arguments and why?

• On one side of the coin there are people that didn't want to do mistake but they did it since they didn't even know that it is mistake.
• On the other side of the coin there are people whose goal is not about finding truth but about winning debate (politicians, trolls) or manipulating audience (marketing, advertisement), which is why they may use fallacious arguments knowing that they are making mistake.

Knowing fallacies may help you avoid them in your arguments and you will also be able to help other people spotting their mistakes.

I am surprised why do we learn at school anything but this.
